Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

• United States

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Times

United States: 5–8 business days

Shipping Delays

Fit Her by Naty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Fit Her by Naty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fit Her by Naty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
