Fit Her by Naty was born from one mission: helping women become stronger in every way.
Behind each piece is Natalia García Bonilla, a certified personal trainer and passionate advocate for women’s wellness. Naty is from Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. She is 27 years old, holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and several fitness certifications including personal training, indoor cycling, and TRX.
After years of training incredible women, Naty realized she wanted to offer more than workout sessions. She wanted to create something that supported women beyond the gym.
Fit Her by Naty became that space. A brand designed to inspire discipline, confidence, and self love through activewear that feels as powerful as the woman who wears it.
