Return & Exchange Policy

At Fit Her by Naty, we take pride in offering high quality activewear designed for performance and comfort. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been completed.

Because our products are close fitting activewear garments, we maintain this policy to ensure hygiene and product integrity for all customers.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos before completing their purchase.

Manufacturing Defects

The only exception to this policy is in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If you receive an item with a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include the following information:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement item or store credit depending on product availability.

Shipping Issues

Fit Her by Naty is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped by the carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
